Christine Taylor

Christine Joan Taylor was born on July 30, 1971. She was raised in Allentown Pennsylvania. At the young age of 3, she already appeared in many community productions. She attended Allentown Theatre School that sparked her interest in theatre. She got included in the production of Grease and Fiddler on the Roof.

Christine’s mother supported her and found her a job to star in different commercials. When she was in senior high school, a big break came in. She was included in Nickelodeon’s action series Hey Dude which lasted from 1989 to 1991. When the show ended in 1991, Christine Taylor moved to Los Angeles. She was invited to guest in several sitcoms like Life Goes On, Saved by the Bell, and Blossom and Dallas.

In 1992, Christine Taylor got to play the role that many had been telling she was born to play all her life. She played Marcia Brady in the Westwood Playhouse The Real Live Brady Bunch. Christine got the part because of her big similarity with Maureen McCormick, the original Marcia.

While in Brady, Christine continued to be a guest star in some television show like Carolina in the City and Ellen. Sometime in 1996, she had been a part of the television film To the Ends of Time, and the film The Craft with Fainiza Balk and Neve Campbell.
